1. Service and beta status
Bid To Build AI organizes tender documents and produces evidence-linked project intelligence, model views, quantities, RFI drafts, specification summaries, civil files and related deliverables. Beta features may change and may contain errors. Availability and delivery targets are not guaranteed until confirmed in a written service order.
2. Company accounts
Access is personal to the approved user and company. Credentials may not be shared. Customers must keep account details accurate, protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Simultaneous-login and active-project limits apply to the purchased plan.
3. Project data and confidentiality
The customer retains ownership of tender documents and project data it is authorized to provide. The customer confirms it has the right to upload that material. Bid To Build will use project data only to operate, secure, support and improve the contracted service as permitted by the applicable service order and privacy commitments. Organization boundaries are enforced in the application.
4. AI-assisted extraction and generated outputs
The service may use local extraction and, when enabled, third-party AI services to interpret documents. AI can miss, misread or infer information. Source links, confidence, assumptions and quality findings are provided to support review. AI interpretation does not replace deterministic engineering calculations or authoritative source documents.
5. Estimating, engineering and field-use limitations
Outputs support estimating, coordination and planning. They are not a sealed design, survey certificate, legal opinion or direction to construct. The customer remains responsible for checking tender requirements, addenda, quantities, coordinates, underground information, safety obligations and professional approvals before bid submission, procurement, fabrication, layout or construction.
Do not use unapproved or low-confidence output for construction. Project downloads may be held until Bid To Build’s internal release review is complete.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful or unauthorized material; attempt to bypass access controls; probe other customers’ projects; introduce malware; resell access without agreement; or use the service to make unsafe, deceptive or discriminatory decisions.
7. Demonstrations
Demo access is manually approved and intended for evaluation only. Unless extended in writing, it ends automatically 48 hours after activation. Demo data may be removed after the evaluation period and must not be treated as an issued project deliverable.
8. Plan capacity
Standard supports one simultaneous login and one active project; Professional supports three and three; Scale supports five and five. Enterprise limits are contractual. Project processing, cloud-AI budgets and unusually large tenders may have additional written scope limits.
9. Security and incidents
Bid To Build applies server-side authentication, organization access checks, password hashing, limited sessions, restricted cloud credentials and audit records. No system is risk-free. Each party will notify the other without unreasonable delay of a confirmed incident affecting shared project information and cooperate on reasonable remediation.
10. Ownership and feedback
Bid To Build retains its software, workflows, interfaces and general know-how. The customer retains its source material and project-specific data. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying the customer or disclosing confidential project information.
11. Warranties and liability
Except for written commitments in an executed agreement, the beta is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any negotiated liability cap, indemnity, insurance or service warranty in a signed agreement takes priority over this beta text.
12. Suspension, termination and changes
Access may be suspended for security risk, misuse, non-payment or expiry. Customers may request an export of available project data before termination, subject to contract and retention rules. Material terms changes require renewed acknowledgement. Ontario law governs unless a signed customer agreement states otherwise.
